| It should neither be a social
club, rather, it should be a lobbying group to advance the common commercial interests of its members through leverage of volume of business to Israel to countervail governments and their agencies, airlines, hotels and guide associations. It should also promote a standard of ethics to its members and hold members accountable to those ethics. Membership should consist of motivated, active operators that send as all or part of its business at least 1,000 passengers to Israel per year. TOPI officers are elected for a term limit of two years. |
